World-renowned American Fashion Designer, Tom Ford, opened a store at 845 Madison Avenue and Edwards & Zuck was proud to be on the design team. Our engineers worked closely with a NYC custom HVAC equipment manufacturer and acoustical consultant to have fabricated, exclusively for Tom Ford, a new 30-ton outdoor condensing unit that could be installed in the building’s residential light-well and maintain NYC’s strict noise restrictions. The store also boasts a theatrical type lighting to be flexible to allow for special events, such as social gatherings and seasonal display changes.
