The joint venture of Dermot Co. and Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds of LA will convert the landmark Williamsburg Savings Bank Building, the tallest building in Brooklyn located at One Hanson Place, into a $165 million luxury condominium development. Edwards & Zuck is proud to be a part of the design team for this exciting and prestigious project. The design team headed by HTO Architects will maintain the landmark property's exterior facade, interior bank vaults and, of course, the famous clock tower.

Project Highlights:

  • Conversion of landmark building from an office type occupancy to a residential occupancy
  • The set back areas of the building will need to be cleared of mechanical equipment to allow the setbacks to be used for the proposed condo unit terraces.
