The Phillippines based shopping mall chain SM Prime Holdings will add a 70,000-square meter shopping mall in Suzhou’s South Life Plaza to its growing portfolio. Edwards & Zuck has provided the schematic design, design documents and construction documents for the MEP systems for this project that consists of two new buildings. There is a 600,000sf building that includes a department store and 78 small stores and a supermarket in the basement. The second building will consists of a variety of restaurants. This mixed use project included the schematic design and design documents for a 30,000 square meter Howard Johnston Hotel. This four star hospitality boasts 350 guest rooms.
