Project Type: Education, Building
Infrastructure Upgrade
Project Highlights:
- Converting basement spaces into auditorium/assembly rooms. Because of very low ceiling, close coordination with architect required to design non-obtrusive duct-work. Utilized sub-basement to two 50-ton air handling units with special acoustic damping, plus special air-filtration system to improve air quality because outside intake is from street/sidewalk level
- Phased project, support systems for new 20-suite editing facility. Special noise/acoustic considerations to assure quiet conditions ineach individual suite.
