Plumbing Project Engineer (New York Office)

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree from an accredited Mechanical or Civil Engineering program; have 5 or more years experience with a consulting engineering firm designing building plumbing and fire protection systems. P.E. is a plus. The candidate should have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the architectural and engineering industry, possess strong oral and written communication skills. Prepare basic deliverables and products including calculations, drawings and specifications. Extensive knowledge of general building construction for plumbing and fire protection is essential. Will need to work on multiple complex assignments simultaneously. Attend meetings with architects, owners and building managers to discuss projects.

Senior Mechanical Engineer (New York Office)

Job duties include working with an innovative team in the design of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems for high-rise buildings in the New York metro area. Designer must problem solve to find the system design that optimizes efficiency, cost, and unique client needs. Applicant must have 5 years + experience and a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering; P.E. and LEED professional is a plus. There will be Project Manager responsibilities and the position requires strong analytical problem solving skills and being highly motivated with the desire to work in fast paced team oriented environment. The position also requires a thorough understanding of thermodynamics/heat transfer, a working knowledge of Auto-CAD, and good communication skills.
