Senior Plumbing Project Engineer (New York Office)
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree from an accredited Mechanical or Civil Engineering program; have 8 or more years experience with a consulting MEP engineering firm designing building plumbing and fire protection systems. P.E. is a plus. The candidate should have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the architectural and engineering industry, possess strong oral and written communication skills. Prepare basic deliverables and products including calculations, drawings and specifications. Extensive knowledge of general building construction for plumbing and fire protection is essential. Will need to work on multiple complex assignments simultaneously. Attend meetings with architects, owners and building managers to discuss projects.
Administrative Assistant (Miami Office)
Fast growing MEP Engineering firm located in Miami, FL is seeking an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities will include a wide range of duties that require organizational and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the managing principles as well as the engineering staff. Previous work experience in an engineering firm is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Receptionist / Answer phone
• Office management functions
• Administrative support for the engineering staff (phone calls, typing/word processing, etc)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree a plus
• Administrative experience
• Motivated and eager to learn new skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite including WORD & EXCEL

Candidates must have 10+ years experience in a MEP firm and experience with designing building electrical systems, specifically commercial buildings and mission critical facilities, including power, fire alarm, and lighting, have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the architectural and engineering industry, possess strong oral and written communication skills and can work with CAD. Commercial buildings and Applicant must possess a Bachelor Degree from an accredited Electrical Engineering program.
Duties include preparation of basic deliverables and products including calculations, drawings and specifications. Requires thorough knowledge and interpretation of code compliance requirements industry standards, examine field conditions as required to support development and completion of projects. Must have in depth knowledge of general building construction and electrical systems. Candidate must possess the ability to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously. Attend meetings with architects, owners and building managers to discuss future and/or current projects.
Mechanical Engineer (New York Office)
Job duties include working with an innovative team in the design of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Engineer must problem solve to find the system design that optimizes efficiency, cost, and unique client needs. Applicant must have a least 5 years experience in a MEP firm and a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering; P.E. and LEED professional is a plus.
The position requires strong analytical problem solving skills and being highly motivated with the desire to work in fast paced team oriented environment. The position also requires a thorough understanding of thermodynamics/heat transfer, a working knowledge of Auto-CAD, and good communication skills. Electrical Commissioning Engineer (New York Office)
Candidates must have 7+ years experience in commissioning electrical systems for data centers and critical systems. Duties include developing procedures, testing documentation, problem resolution, failure investigation, operating manuals, studies, factory witness tests, and on-site testing. Candidate must have "hands-on" experience in SKM short circuit studies, infrared scanning, power quality metering, injection testing, resistance testing, and meter verification.
